Fairlane Hospitality keen to expand to China

FAIRLANE Hospitality Sdn Bhd, a property management company under the Low Yat group, is keen to penetrate the Chinese market. Group general manager Daniel Ong said that the company was talking to property owners in China to promote its concept of asset management services.

Fairlane Hospitality is currently managing Bintang Fairlane Residences, which comprises service apartments located in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. Under a profit-sharing scheme, Fairlane Hospitality offers the serviced apartment owners rental income from short and long-term tenants of the units, Ong said.
